Intro to Trail Running
These sessions are aimed at beginners to trail running, and we will cover all the useful little skills and tips that we have learnt over many years of trail running. This will include route choices, movement skills on different trail surfaces and putting it all in to practice.
Classic Guided Trail Runs
We can offer guided runs in any of the places mentioned on our locations page. Please get in touch and we can help organise something, be it a single day, weekend or series of days. These can be for you on your own, or with a group.
Off The Beaten Track Trail Runs
Here we can explore some of the quieter areas of the countryside, getting away from the crowds. Places like The Black Mountains, or Mid Wales spring to mind for the feeling of wilderness. These can be completely bespoke, we can offer recommendations to you, or vice versa.
